The Online Help Desk is an interactive tool which has been
designed to cater to the needs of the employees working
at Contemporary Services Corporation. This
tool helps the user to register the IT problems
which they encounter. Once the problems are registered,
the IT department works on them in the order of priority.
All the problems registered by the
users become updated online.
The application follows “the ticketing concept”
where all requests are issued a unique ticket number
for reference. The user can use this ticket number
for any further correspondence regarding the problem.
This ticket number helps the user to check the status
of the problem registered.
