The Scheduling Application has been developed
to facilitate the service operations of Contemporary
Services Corporations (CSC). This application includes a
web-based software solution for the recruitment, training,
selection, scheduling, credentialing, pay-roll, and
check-in and check-out of the workforce and deployment
at various events that are organized by CSC.
With this online web-based solution, the deployment
of over 50,000 staff in 35 business units at hundreds
of venues could be achieved successfully.
Deployment of such a huge workforce with an HR team
would be quite an extensive process. The online solution
serves as a platform which would help to deploy over
thousands of staff successfully at various events.
The solution has been developed using .Net technologies
that has a capability of working offline in remote
areas and synchronizing upon connection to the internet.

of budgeting, planning by shift, function,

staff to pre-defined locations depending upon
the pre-set priorities.
Pay Roll/Billing: Easily generate
reports, number of hours worked by each
staff member and summarize payroll data
in order to print pay checks for staff.
Training: Conveniently schedule trainers,
trainees, staff, and training resources. Analyze the
performance of staff undergoing
training and their attendance for scheduled training programs.
Recruiting: Facilitates management through
the entire process of selecting personnel to their
deployment at the event. Conducts
assessments and tests required to analyze
the capabilities of the personnel.
Scheduling: Accommodated with real-time information
regarding shift fulfillment as well as alerts based
on user-defined triggers. Status and schedules can
be electronically delivered to staff members.
Business Intelligence: Quickly generate various reports
through the application such as planning, scheduling, payroll
and deployment reports.
